In case you missed Today yesterday -- we did -- Chamberlain's Steak & Chop House bossman Richard Chamberlain was on the NBC morning show offering up his menu for "an easy at-home NYE feast," which included pomegranate-glazed salmon, mini beef medallions with honey-glazed fall vegetables, Kobe beef pot stickers with spicy orange glaze and spice-seared ahi tuna with crispy wonton a wasabi cream. The recipes and how-to video are available here -- though Stephen Pyles is offering a more civilized option for those who prefer not to cook whilst balancing their booze. --Robert Wilonsky
