Seems America (or, at least, Matt Lauer) cannot get enough of Priscilla Ceballos, the mom who faked that dead-daddy-in-Iraq letter to score her 6-year-old daughter some Hannah Montana tickets. More than a week after the 25-year-old mother of three was first busted by WFAA-Channel 8's Byron Harris, Ceballos was on Today moments ago, once more apologizing for her bad decision: "Please accept my heartfelt apology, and please, do not punish my child for my mistake."
Ceballos says she's had to move out of her house -- and shut down her MySpace page. And her attorney and a psychiatrist showed up on Today, begging folks to just move along. The psychiatrist also says she knows why folks are obsessed with the story: "I think the country is very raw right now with young soldiers being killed in Iraq." --Robert Wilonsky
