Red Woof Inn, based in Rockwall, is one of them fancy-schmancy doggy-daycare joints; its Web site touts 7,200 square feet of free-range fun, along with other boarding and boutique-ing options available for your pup. Red Roof Inn, based in Columbus, Ohio, is a 325-locations chain of discount hotels, with no locations anywhere near Rockwall. So it makes total sense that Red Roof Inn has sued Red Woof Inn in Dallas federal court, claiming trademark infringement. But I think we all know where this lawsuit's headed, regardless of whether or not one thinks it total dog shit. --Robert Wilonsky
