Never been to the Havana Social Club in Victory Plaza, recently tapped by D as the "Best Place to Roll 'Em If You Got 'Em." But the Austin outpost of Washington-based Americans for Prosperity recently made a trip to the joint, and today posted a video about how Dallas's proposed ban on smoking in bars would smoke owner Carlos Rodriguez-Groning right out of business -- and, in the process, deprive Dallas of the $5,000 he pays to the city every month. Dunno why the Cuban's joint was singled out for the purposes of the video, though it's a good call -- if only for sound track purposes. The video's after the jump. --Robert Wilonsky
