Just in time for a cameo appearance by Lily Tomlin, who will address the city council on Wednesday morning about a certain elephant, the city is making its council meetings and briefings available for viewing over the Internets. They'll also be archived, which excites the likes of Mr. Merten, for whom RedTube just doesn't cut it. We are excited about this new web site feature as further example of our ongoing efforts to increase public input and involvement in government."
