No doubt you've heard by now that this morning's meeting of the Dallas County Commissioners Court was interrupted by a Dallas County Commissioner who threw a tantrum that included name-calling (you ... you ... bobos!) and the ol' take-me-to-jail-I-effin'-dare-you gambit. Mauine Dickey's outburst, captured by Channel 8, is after the jump.

And in it, you'll note she's holding up the map you see above -- the redrawn county districts, which the commissioners were to vote on till Dickey called the Democratic Party-friendly map a "sham," while one John Wiley Price insisted her district remains untouched. Shouted Dickey, who said last April she's going back to the BBQ biz soon as she can, "The Republicans have been disenfranchised." Jump for the new districts' demographics -- and, of course, the shouting.
