Last October, it took a Collin County jury just three hours to sentence Kosoul Chanthakoummane to death for the July 2006 murder of real estate agent Sarah Anne Walker. Walker, as you no doubt recall, was showing a model home in The Hemingway at Craig Ranch in McKinney when Chanthakoummane beat and stabbed Walker to death; the story made national news for months as McKinney sought Walker's killer. Today, courtesy Courthouse News, we discover the tale's not yet ended, as Walker's family is taking her former employer to court: "D.R. Horton and D.R. Horton-Texas Ltd. failed to pay commissions that Sarah Anne Walker earned before she was murdered while showing houses for the real-estate company, Walker's estate claims in Tarrant County Court." --Robert Wilonsky
