Guess the City of Irving didn't think much of the Dallas Cowboys' adios to Texas Stadium. Because, according to this notice sent by a Friend of Unfair Park, Irving's reserved the joint for yet another farewell: Mayor Herb Gears's State of the City Address, which'll take place January 15. And your opportunity to roam the artificial turf one last time won't be cheap, neither: Tickets run $100 a pop, and tables for 10 are going for $1,250. It's brought to you courtesy TXU, which knows a good light bill when it sees one. --Robert Wilonsky
