I do not know what in the ever-lovin' eff The Balancing Act is. An infomercial? An access-cable program? Something broadcast over closed-circuit television from host Wendy Walsh's basement? (Oh, you say it's available on Lifetime at 6 a.m.? So, the answer to all three questions is "yes," then.) Well, regardless, Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau president and CEO Phillip Jones appeared on the show this morning to sell the city to off-worlders, and ... oh, wait. I know what this is.
