It's the entirety of yesterday's hearing -- Critical Lapses in FAA Safety Oversight of Airlines: Abuses of Regulatory "Partnership Programs" -- during which it was revealed that the FAA allowed Southwest Airlines to fly planes the FAA and Southwest knew were unsafe.
