Let's go to The Official Announcement: "Super is the word heard all around North Texas this year and Fair officials are working closely with the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee to get everyone involved leading up to the big game. Details will be announced in the coming months."

Oh, could have sworn it had to do with everything being dipped and fried. In related news, I'm glad the State Fair went with the artwork I submitted for this year's poster. Actually, I've been submitting the same piece of artwork every year since 1973. 'Bout time!
