Chimera Brewing Co. and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth's Cafe Modern are teaming up for a five-course beer dinner. Each course will be expertly paired with a Chimera libation. Notable courses include a roasted halibut paired with Grodziskie, pork belly steamed buns with American pale ale and Super Farms lamb ribs with a winter saison. Little D Markets first evening street market premiers this Friday, with subsequent night markets occurring the last Friday of every month. Sadly, the pop-up class where participants will learn the art of making tamales from the owner of Casa Masa is full, but don't let that stop you. The market will be brimming with local vendors, artists, live music and performers to West Dallas. Admission is free.

Pack up the picnic blanket and some of those obnoxious outdoor pillows that take up an inordinate amount of space: It's a lawn party at the base of Reunion Tower. Enjoy live music and nosh on treats from local food trucks before visiting the Nodding Donkey beer garden. Lawn games and a light show round out the evening of entertainment. Admission is free but the food and drinks aren't, so bring that bank.

Knife's Cinema Series continues this Sunday with a screening of Wes Anderson's The Royal Tenenbaums.
Watch a family that makes dysfunction positively endearing and enjoy gourmet snacks from Knife's kitchen and beers from Four Corners Brewing Co. Tickets are $35, with $10 of each ticket sold going to support the Dallas Film Society.
