The Commerce Street Night Market returns for its third season, featuring the first of many themed markets to come. This month, it's Taste of Asia, were the likes Yim Yam Truck, Spin Sushi and Bobaddiction will set up shop alongside other food vendors, artisans and entertainers. While you're at, it you can participate in an origami workshop, get some henna and sling back a specialty cocktail or two from Oddfellows. Admission is free.

All aboard the beer train; next stop, Drunk Town. Approximately 120 breweries, both local and non, will be on hand to help you fill your drink card at the Big Texas Beer Fest. Indecisive types, consider yourself forewarned: There will be more than 500 beers to choose from, including special firkins, exclusive and rare beers, and one-offs. General admission tickets are $35 on Friday and $39 on Saturday and include a dozen 2-ounce samples. Additional sampling cards may be purchased on site.

Crawfish for a cause: If the illiteration doesn't make you want to buy a ticket, the story will. Lil' Warriors is a nonprofit that lends a financial hand to families of children with significant medical challenges. To help raise money, Lil' Warriors is throwing a not-so-lil' crawfish boil at Barley House. Tickets are $40 at the door or $30 if you register by Thursday. All proceeds benefit Lil' Warriors.

How does a festival make it to its sixth year? By supplying its attendees with all of the things. Yes, all of them. Enjoy food, wine, beer and spirits at the sixth annual DFW Fine Spirits Festival at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum. Participants can take in the vintage aircraft collection while they sip and nosh the night away. Tickets are $35 per person and include all the samples (all of them).

The fifth annual Selena Day at Country Burger sounds like one of those Facebook events that would be awesome if only it were real (we're looking at you, eat flamin' hot Cheetos till you see God), except it is. Real, that is. Join fellow Selena fans (and also maybe just burger fans) at Country Burger for a Selena-themed pop-up market, low-rider show, lookalike contest and more. No word yet on whether a burger in the shape of Selena will be available, but here's hoping.
