From the knock-offs of Louis Comfort Tiffany's style found in shopping malls, you may think that the stained-glass artist unleashed the inspiration for stained-glass turtle lamps into the world and nothing more. You would be wrong. His exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art showcases his famous stained-glass mosaics but also includes works in other media. It's divided into four groups, none of which include a turtle-shaped lamp. You still have to go to the mall for that. Louis Comfort Tiffany: Artist for the Ages is on exhibit through September 3 at the Dallas Museum of Art, 1717 N. Harwood St. Admission is $16. Call 214-922-1200 or visit dallasmuseumofart.org.
