I have to disclose something here in the interest of complete and total honesty...and on the off chance that someone in the near future would like to buy me a drink. Keep the mixers simple; I abhor Red Bull. My nostrils recoil at the sharp, sweet smell of the thick, syrupy drink, and my throat involuntarily closes in protest. In all fairness, though, this hatred is the product of projectile vomiting after once ingesting three of the silver-and-blue bullets on an empty stomach during an all-night final-paper rewrite session. It's me, not the Bull. It just didn't work out for us. What does work out is the incredible artistic efforts that have been wrought from Red Bull cans. Ranging from a full-size knight to a jet ski, from chaps to flowers in a vase, artists have literally constructed complex art from trash...though it's probably safe to say they were so hopped up on the juice that it might have been a fairly fast-paced process. Whatever the case, the environmental impact ranks up there with recycling, and the beauty is certainly a bonus. Let's just hope they rinsed the cans first.
