Aside from being the wet dream of every prepubescent boy, Nerdlesque Strikes Back just might be your wet dream, too. The ladies and at least one gentleman of the show bring pop culture, anime and comic book characters to life and then they take it all off in traditional burlesque style. Picture a pin-up Harry Potter complete with thigh-highs mixing up a concoction that makes her-him wind up in nothing but a garter belt and pasties. It’s that kind of show. But don’t worry, these characters will be different than those characters. And as always, the show is BYOB, so bring some buds and some Buds … or, you know, a craft beer or flask or whatever. Tickets start at $15 and are available now at artcentertheatre.com. The show starts at 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Art Center Theatre in Plano, 5220 Village Creek Drive.
