Openings and Closings

Food Biz Is On The Uptick If Restaurant Openings Is Any Measure

Tacos, tacos, tacos. That should be the theme of this month's Revolving Doors. With Rusty Taco finally opening their doors, the Austin-based Torchy's Taco making a move to Dallas this summer, and Fuzzy Tacos and Urban Taco adding more locations, that's all anyone can talk about lately. Well, we definitely aren't complaining. The more tacos, the bueno-er.

In other food news, A new Italian deli recently opened in Flower Mound. Watch out Jimmy's Italian Food Store, word on the street is that Mike's Italian Market and Deli's muffuletta taste mighty good. Swirll Wine Bar posted on their Facebook and Twitter accounts this week that they were no longer open due to poor business. We tried to visit their website, but it says it's currently unavailable. Sigh. We hate to see them go. They always had great deals on sangria.
