The Edge Announces Its 20th Edgefest Lineup. And, Surprisingly, It's Looking Like A Keeper (Maybe)!

And, believe me, it feels a little weird saying this, but, unlike the disappointing lineups of recent years past, the lineup the station announced yesterday evening ain't looking all that bad! No, seriously!

(Please stop laughing.)

Sure, the main stage is pretty lame--a lineup of Three Days Grace, 30 Seconds to Mars, the Deftones, Flyleaf, Switchfoot and 10-Years (who?) being capped off by a reunion performance from Limp Bizkit? No thanks.

But, hey! There's a second stage! And, dammit, that one's kinda looking like a winner. Check it out after the jump...

Phoenix? Metric? Cage The Elephant? Not bad at all! Not sure who Violent Soho, The Crash Kinds Kings and Neon Trees are, but those top three are all winners in my book.

And, hell, if I get drunk enough and remember to bring my red, fitted Yankees cap, there might even be a certain kitsch value to seeing Limp Bizkit! Probably not, though.

Anyway, back to the point: Phoenix!
