Luckily Matt Tanner, Pappas Bros. beverage concept manager, found a way to let the pear's flavor shine without making it sparkle from too much sugar. One of the new cocktails on the menu at Pappas Bros., the Pear Cobbler, has enough sweetness to satisfy your palate with a bit of tart and spice to balance. Try your hand at this simple cobbler (sherry + fruit) cocktail or visit Pappas Bros. for one ... or three.
