They only sell the BEST, SPICIEST, FRESH
(never frozen) Hatch chiles that are harvested and sent to us straight from Hatch Valley in New Mexico. They don't entertain the idea of a mild Hatch Chile. That's why they have the BEST tasting Hatch around!
The chiles won't last long! Once the spicy Hatch Chile harvest is gone, they're out until next year!
