Chef de Cuisine Shaun King of Soon-to-Open Uchiko Houston to Collaborate on Next Week’s Uncommon Ramen

Uchibā’s Uncommon Ramen, the monthly series celebrating innovative collaborations with Uchibā’s Chef de Cuisine Rhonda McCullar and renowned chefs from around the country, features the ingenuity of Shaun King, the Chef de Cuisine of soon-to-open Uchiko Houston, for its October release. Since launching in 2017, the Uncommon Ramen series has boasted such celebrated chefs as Tommy Lee, Chris Shepherd, Aaron Franklin, and Tyson Cole, among others.
