Dallas Observer Iron Fork
Dallas Observer Iron Fork, a grand tasting event that will take place on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Centennial Hall at Fair Park.
During the event attendees will enjoy tastings from local restaurants, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings.
The center stage will feature the Iron Fork Chef Challenge presented by The World Food Championships (WFC). This year’s spatula-flyin’ chef competition will be moderated by President and CEO of WFC, Mike McCloud. Two chefs, Aundre Blassingame of WFC Team Texas, and Keith Browning of The Meat Shop, will go pot-to-pot to win this year’s Iron Fork Award AND secure themselves a Golden ticket to compete at this year’s WFC Main Event. During the exciting cooking competition, guests can also enjoy tastings from local restaurants, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings.
