This is Gerardo Gullien and his wife Michelle Torres' first restaurant; Torres is responsible for the entire menu and all the recipes that include a full breakfast, five different flavors of house-made tortillas, tacos, tortas, birria and a feast of vegan fare.
In 2022, they were named by Bon Appetit as one of the 50 best new restaurants in America. Their dishes and recipes are from Tabasco, Mexico.
The restaurant is in what used to be a Sonic. There's a small dining room with a few tables and a patio outside.
