back in May of 1991, a year after a European leg of the Clash of the Titans Tour that featured Megadeth, Slayer, testament and Suicidal Tendencies, the U.S. leg of the tour kicked off right here in Dallas, featuring Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax and Alice in Chains, at the Superpgaes.com Center, or as it was then called, the Starplex.

On Friday, some 20 years later, the same lineup (minus Alice in Chains) returns to Dallas to similarly kick off the Jagermeister Music Tour, which, let's face it, is just the Clash of the Titans Tour Redux With Some Corporate Backing.
For any metal fan worth his or her salt, that's reason for excitement.
But here's another interesting note about the tour that we hadn't yet seen, courtesy of the above clip with Megadeth's Dave Mustaine: Friday's show, which will also feature Anthrax reunited with on-again-off-again singer Joey Belladonna, will see Megadeth tear through its seminal 1990 release Rust in Peace (as it has been doing) and will find Slayer performing its own 1990 release, Seasons in the Abyss, in its entirety as well.
So, on that note, here's an easy prediction: This will the best metal show you'll see all year, folks.
