Tomorrow night, the Granada Theater showcases what's likely to be one of the best all-rock, all-local affairs of the year, as it hosts Dove Hunter, True Widow, The Boom Boom Box and Tre Orsi, all on the same bill.
And here's some more good news: I know for a fact that at least two of the outfits--Dove Hunter and True Widow--are knees deep in preparing the follow-ups to their phenomenal debuts from 2008. Maybe they'll share some of the new material tomorrow night? Dunno. And there's only one way to find out, I guess.
And that sole way gets easier with this bit of information: The kind folks at the Granada Theater have hooked us up with five pairs of tickets to the show--a fine gesture on their part. Want one of the pairs? Shoot me an email with "Tre Boom Hunter's Widow" in the subject line. First five people to do so score two passes each. Good luck!
Update: Contest is over. Congrats to our winners.
