So, yeah, maybe Leslie & The LY's are a little gimmicky, as the above video shows. But, still, kinda interesting in a bizarre way, no? No? OK. Well, thankfully, on tonight's Granada bill, Leslie is joined by a couple of other, more traditional veterans of the dance circuit: Stereo Total.
And, in this week's dead tree DC9, Observer contributor Chris Parker checks in with the French/German duo to talk about what they've learned in their international travels over the past 15 years or so.
And though it's not mentioned in the story, I bet one of those lessons involves knowing how to spot a good deal. (Oh, please, someone give me a high five for that awesome transition!) Which is, thanks to the fine folks at the Granada, I'm pleased to announce that we've got three pairs fo tickets to give away to tonight's show. Want 'em? Sweet. Then drop me an email with the words "Gem Sweater" in the subject line. And, if you're one of the first three to do it, you're gonna walk with a pair to tonight's show. How 'bout that! Good luck...
