With the summer heat dying down and letting outdoor shows become enjoyable once again, a couple pairs of free tickets seem in order for this year's September to Remember showcase from Third String Productions, which, now in its third incarnation, is being held in an outdoor facility for the first time.
Sunday's annual day-long fest--featuring, among others, the likes of touring mall-punk acts like Drop, Dead Gorgeous and From First to Last, as well as local favorites The Secret Handshake and PlayRadioPlay!--will be held at Plano Oak Point Amphitheater.
And, as alluded to earlier, thanks to the folks at TSPR, we've got two pairs of tickets to give away to the show. Which is pretty sweet--especially since we know you're still curious about what the hell's happening in the suburbs these days.
So, on that note, the first two people to email me right now with the words "Sunday Funday" in the subject line, get the passes. Good luck!
Update: Contest is over. Congrats to our winners.
