Not too long ago, we passed along word of Norah Jones' next release,a compilation of collaborations she's taken part in over the course of her career called ...Featuring
. Among the songs included on the disc? A cut from Jones' near-anonymous slowcore and punk side-project, El Madmo.
In the above clip, as she'll do for each of the songs on ...Featuring in the coming days, Jones talks the included El Madmo track, "The Best Part," which, she admits, is among the least obscure El Madmo songs. And that's why it was included on this disc, she explains. Also? Because the rest of El Madmo's songs use "had the word 'fuck' in it."
After the jump, check out another clip, this one finding Jones' collaborators talking about working with the Booker T. Washington High School alum.
