Another Cup of the S&P&S&P Battle

Seems the Standard & Poor's v. Standard & Pours Coffee and Stocks battle, which we've been guzzling since June 27, is turning into big news--or, at least, it gives folks plenty to talk about over coffee. Here's some video from Monday's CNBC segment on the brew-ha-ha (can't believe it took me two months to think of that, since that's the name of about 423 coffee shops around the country), during which Wall Street Journal blogger Peter Lattman offers his opinion that, yeah, McGraw-Hill kinda has to sue in order to protect its franchise, which Patrick "Buzz" Williams said two weeks ago in the paper version of Unfair Park. --Robert Wilonsky
