Dean Wins. Again.

It's all over at City Hall, reports Jim Schutze. Score: David Dean, 1 (or one million, to be precise). Laura Miller, 0. Writes Jim: "Well, if you heard it just now [on WRR], the only thing you couldn't see was all the senior city staff members behind the big TV screen grinning, barely suppressing giggles of glee when the mayor had to eat her own smoke on the Dean deal." More to come from Marilla. In other news, I would love to vacation with Bill Blaydes, preferably somewhere sunny. --Robert Wilonsky
