From the sound of this piece out of Chicago, not to mention the comments posted along with it, residents of the Windy City are mighty unhappy with the Washington, D.C.-based International Dairy Foods Association, which has announced that, sorry, but it's bringing its 2010 International Dairy Show to Dallas. Yup -- looks like. September 13-15 at the Dallas Convention Center, mark it down. For years, the dairy folks held a biennial expo in Chicago along with the American Meat Institute. But they've since separated -- guess it wasn't kosher? (Hi, I'm Jackie Mason.) So why Dallas over Chicago? "Chicago is not inexpensive."
