Hazard a guess? Anyone?

If you knew that group is the nucleus of the St. Louis Rams’ secondary, you’re either a very happy Philadelphia Eagles’ fan or a very former Rams’ fan. Don’t get me wrong, Donovan McNabb is good. But those bozos made him look perfectly Romo-esque last Sunday.

Point is, I’m not sure if any of those guys could make the Cowboys’ roster, much less earn playing time in a secondary featuring Pacman Jones, Terence Newman, Anthony Henry, Roy Williams and Ken Hamlin. If McNabb throws for three touchdown and 361 yards Monday night at Texas Stadium I’ll be impressed and the Eagles will be 2-0.

I won’t and they ain't because he can’t.

The Cowboys are getting healthy. The Eagles’ schedule is getting harder. I smell a blowout.

I started with a mythical bankroll of $10,000, courtesy of Bodog sports online gaming. First of all, because their site is easy to navigate. Second, because they’re based in Costa Rica and have had minimal success tracking me down in the past.

I’ll analyze games of local interest each weekend and make a wager or two every Friday. With any luck, by Christmas it’ll be toys for everyone.

STARTING BANKROLL: $10,000 CURRENT BANKROLL: $9,250 SEASON RECORD: 1-1 LAST WEEK: 0-1 (-$1,000) THIS WEEK: Cowboys -6 ½ over Eagles for $1,250. -- Richie Whitt
