Saturday an interesting event happens at Half Price Books (5803 East Northwest Highway) called IndieVengence Day from 1 to 5 p.m. The literary knock-down gathers award-winning, best-selling authors who don’t just create easy, readable work, but who have pushed the boundaries of what can be done with the medium and in turn have garnered reputations as cornerstones of the self-publishing movement. And we’re not talking about some regional look-at-us get-together. Nope. These writers are gathered from around the globe. This party’s curated, bro.
