The gallery held the opening reception of its What Would Andy Do? exhibition last Saturday to celebrate Warhol's birthday. This is the also the public debut of Dallas native Jim Lively's "The Vegetable Can Insurgency of 2011." What Would Andy Do? runs through September 30 at LuminArte Design Gallery, 1727 E. Levee St. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, as well as Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment. For more information, visit luminarte.com.
