Alexander Mansion

The historic Alexander Mansion stands proudly on Ross Avenue, just blocks from the vibrant Arts District. A beacon for the rebirth of a former premier neighborhood in Dallas in the early 1900’s, the preservation of the Mansion is a major focus for the Dallas Woman’s Forum which is headquartered in the Mansion. Today the Mansion is alive with the presence of the dedicated women of the Forum, and of the countless visitors who view the home magnificently decorated for the Annual Holiday Home Tour, who enjoy the fine cuisine and convivial atmosphere during the European Tea Room and Holiday Teas, who plan their weddings and corporate events in its stately rooms. And the Mansion rollicks with the laughter of children from the Landauer ChildCare Group.
