LUCK is one of the latest restaurants to sprout out of the Trinity Groves complex in West Dallas, anchored by 40 taps of local beer. The casual gastropub does its best to emulate a neighborhood hangout, even if the “neighborhood” feels a little thin. If you’re planning to pad your stomach, expect a menu featuring bar-food classics with Texas-inspired flavors, but note the cooking can be a little spotty. Your best bet is the sandwiches, washed down with more local beer, and don’t miss the ice cream made from Lakewood Brewing Company’s Temptress Milk Stout.
