On July 3, the Vans Warped Tour makes its stop in Dallas.

I attended last year and, besides having to spend $4 on a bottle of water and nearly passing out a couple of times, I had a great time.

Last year, there was several old-school punk and hip-hop bands sandwiched between a lot of emo acts.

This year's line up has some familiar names and also features many bands that have played our area recently. I know that I am looking forward to seeing Andrew W.K., Breathe Carolina, I See Stars, Motion City Soundtrack and, I guess, The All American Rejects.

Bands with local connections on this year's tour include The Rocket Summer, The Riverboat Gamblers, and Artist Vs Poet.

Check out the complete lineup after the jump.
