Renowned musician and Fort Worth native Stephen Bruton passed away on Saturday after complications from throat cancer. He was 60 years old.

Over a nearly 40-year career, Bruton worked with the likes of Alejandro Escovedo, T. Bone Burnett, Bonnie Raitt, Johhny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings  Kris Kristofferson and many, many others as a producer, collaborator, songwriter and friend.
