There is a lot going on this weekend, from the Pet Parade to The Relatives and Bobby Patterson to the general people-watching of those fearless Dallasites in full Easter regalia. The Deep Ellum Arts Festival starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday, and the music portion actually looks pretty good, with sets from Darrin Kobetich, Brave Combo, Jessie Frye and more.

On that note, Girls Rock Dallas will be out spreading the word about their upcoming events and summer camp session. They need some volunteers to help, though. Via their Facebook:

Hello all! We need volunteers to help with awareness/street team this weekend at the Deep Ellum Arts Fest! Especially these time slots: Saturday 8pm-10pm, Sunday 11am-2pm and Sunday 5pm-7pm. Please message us if you are in! We will be meeting at In Accord/Deep Ellum Radio at the beginning of each shift so you can just show up as well! THANK YOU for your support!
