A couple weeks ago, we hosted a hip-hop showcase at the Granada. It featured six artists and several guests who exemplify the best of the current crop of North Texas rappers. The Granada's staff came up with a boxing ring to put on stage, and each performance demonstrated passion, clarity and technical skill.

Our Busking cameras were on hand as well, and in addition to the general scene, they caught up with a couple of the night's performers: Newcomer Lord Byron, who brought a full band along for the show, and -topic, who freestyled a verse inside the photo booth. Watch below:
