- It's starting to look like the recently announced Jane's Addiction reunion tour will turn out to be a full-on reunion: Founding bassist Eric Avery hasn't played with the band since 1991, nixing all "reunion" tours, and only recently playing with Jane's for the NME awards and a few club shows. However, all four founding members played a warm-up show at Echoplex in L.A. this past weekend. I'm sure they will finish the tour and break up again like they always do.
- Are Kanye West and his ego going to leave hip-hop for the fashion world? West told Details magazine that his new goal is to intern for either Louis Vuitton's Marc Jacobs or Jil Sander's Raf Simons. As much as Kanye gets on my nerves, I admire him for not being like every other rapper/producer in the world.
