At least Jay-Z has good, cross-genre taste when it comes to picking music for his new label: He's signed the Ting Tings to Roc Nation.
Looks like there are only two great bands left in the UK: Kasabian and The Arctic Monkeys. Of course, it was Kasabian's guitarist who said that.
Already time for a Ladytron "Best Of?" I guess that's what happens when UK bands sneak up on you after several years together.
