... now's your chance. I was browsing LoopNet this afternoon and noticed that Holliday Fenoglio Fowler is shopping 2200 N. Lamar Steet, which is where Dan Aykroyd helped plant the Dallas House of Blues outpost back in '07. Asking price is awful steep: $19,120,000 for 61,876 square feet that are on the tax rolls for $2,371,570. Still: "This offering represents an outstanding opportunity to acquire a quality real estate asset in an established area."
Now, Live Nation is having some issues, but fret not: House of Blues ain't leaving -- it has more than 10 years left on its lease. (I've left messages for the gentleman repping the sale to get more details.) And, says the offering, monthly income ain't bad at all: $1,625,200.
