Say this for Lily Tomlin: She does not screw around. One month after she sent Mayor Tom Leppert a missive begging the Dallas Zoo to ship Jenny (who, I believe, is an elephant of some kind) to the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, and two weeks after talking to Unfair Park about her involvement in the cause that shows no signs of slowing, she's at it again. Because late yesterday, she posted to her Women on the Web site a 60-second public service announcement for both Jenny and the Concerned Citizens for Jenny. The ad has been made available to local TV stations; alas, it's not scored to "Jenny's Song." --Robert Wilonsky
