And in totally, absolutely-no-way-related news, Spike just sent us a media release with the news that "The Untitled Michael Irvin Project" -- band name alert! -- will be casting for Cowboys wannabes this Saturday at Velocity Sports Performance. The full details are after the jump, but sounds like you'd best arrive early -- only the first 500 in line will be seen by casting agents. I love this team.

WHO: WIDE RECEIVERS OR DEFENSIVE BACKS

(must be least 21 years of age or at least 3 years removed from high school)

WHAT: The untitled Michael Irvin project features twelve amateur hopefuls who will move to Dallas and compete against one another to earn a shot at a coveted spot in Dallas Cowboy training camp next summer and potentially a spot on the team.
