The more surprising news: There's still a CNBC. I kid. Anyway. One year after Texas was knocked off as America's Top State for Business by Virginia, we're back on top. How so? Well, CNBC added up 10 "key categories of competitiveness" (among them, the cost of doing business, quality of life, economy, transportation and infrastructure and cost of living), and Texas done come out with the mostest points. Or the fewest. Or ... something. And Dallas is still hot for condos, so there. Anyway: Winner!
