Shortly after we posted that item about bcWORKSHOP's public art installation intended to draw attention to the 5,750 homeless men, women and children living in Dallas, we received this look-see at the first installation set up at White Rock Lake. Word is they're close to finishing setting up the cutouts between, from the looks of it, Walnut Hill Lane and N. Central Expressway and downtown.
