In addition to LBJ tollway talk today, the council's Transportation and Environment Committee will also discuss -- if I read this right -- building a 3,400-foot-long "people mover" connecting the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Denton Drive station to Love Field Airport. At a cost of -- again, if I read this right -- between $270 and $330 million, to be paid for using a federally allowed $4.50 passenger facility charge added to each ticket. --Robert Wilonsky
