Long story short: Cumulus Media is moving its four local radio stations, including The Ticket and KLIF, into 20,248 square feet of empty next door to the American Airlines Center. The release doesn't say when, but it won't happen till early next year.

Says Dan Bennett, the chain's local veep and marketing manager, "Victory Plaza is an ideal fit for our four great brands. The American Airlines Center attracts and hosts sporting and entertainment events that reinforce our sports and entertainment brands. The location is ideal and we look forward to joining WFAA-TV Channel 8 as co-media anchors of the growing Victory Park development."

CUMULUS MEDIA INC. SIGNS 20,248-SQUARE-FOOT LEASE AT VICTORY PLAZA

Dallas, Texas (November 18, 2010) -- Victory Park UST Joint Venture I, L.P. and Cousins Properties Incorporated announced today that Cumulus Media's 4 Dallas-Ft. Worth radio stations will be moving to Victory Park. Cumulus has signed a 20,248-square-foot lease in the Victory Plaza office building. Cumulus Media, the second largest radio broadcast company in the country, owns four of the markets top local radio stations including KTCK-AM 1310 The Ticket and KPLX-FM 99.5 The Wolf.

"Victory Plaza is an ideal fit for our four great brands. The American Airlines Center attracts and hosts sporting and entertainment events that reinforce our sports and entertainment brands. The location is ideal and we look forward to joining WFAA-TV Channel 8 as co-media anchors of the growing Victory Park development," said Dan Bennett, Vice President/Market Manager Cumulus - Dallas.

Victory Plaza office building includes two Class A, five-story office buildings totaling 185,000 square feet flanked by the AT&T Plaza at the steps of American Airlines Center. Notable tenants include the studios of WFAA-TV, Hillwood, GDA Architects, Carson Private Capital and Public Strategies.

Bill Brokaw, Vice President of Cousins represented Victory Park UST Joint Venture I, L.P., and Jeff Ellerman and Phil Puckett of CBRE represented Cumulus Media, Inc.

"We are pleased to add Cumulus to our impressive roster of corporate tenants," said Lance Fair, vice president of Victory Park. "The radio stations, I-93, The Ticket, KLIF and the Wolf will create a flurry of daily activity for the entire development."
