I was scheduled to interview David Lynch on Saturday, till his people moved it to Sunday morning. Had to tell Lynch, like, no can do; the 3-year-old who lives in our house had a school function on the field of Texas Stadium, which the missus described as "a dump," though it was before she posed for a pic on the 50-yard-line star. Anyway, around 12:30 we headed to Central Market for lunch and a few groceries, and who did we spy in the frozen-food section but one David Lynch, selling his signature coffee blend (not making that up). Shit ain't cheap: $15.99 for 12 ounces, with a few cents from each can sold going to the American Film Institute's advanced studies program. But the missus' snapshot of the man who made Eraserhead and Blue Velvet sitting next to White Castle burgers and potstickers in Central Market? That's priceless -- and it's after the jump. --Robert Wilonsky
